Our cattle are grass fed and enjoy free roaming of our farm during the early part of their lives. This will create an overall low fat carcass, but the Brangus breed has plenty of intramuscular fat for great taste.
When it comes time to prepare for processing, the beef is separated from the herd and strictly fed hay, corn and grain with unlimited fresh water. This will help to maximize the intramuscular fat and will ensure an even more flavorful taste.
